A Little About How I Got Here..

Hello and Welcome!

Welcome! I'm Danielle, the owner of Tip Top Smiles and Wasaga Beach’s newest Independent Registered Dental Hygienist (IRDH) and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist (OMT). I graduated from the Dental Hygiene Diploma Program at Georgian College in Barrie in 2018 and have been providing care as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the Simcoe County region since 2019.

Alongside my employment, I've worked as a temp hygienist in various offices both within and outside Simcoe County, allowing me to gain valuable knowledge and experience throughout my career. My exposure to different work environments has shaped my vision for how I want to deliver care to clients.

I've encountered many amazing individuals on this journey, but deep down, I've always desired the autonomy and freedom to provide quality dental hygiene services with an approach of my own.

I believe my playful personality combined with my professionalism helps others feel comfortable. I take pride in offering a relaxed, judgment-free experience for all clients all while delivering the highest quality of care. Quality dental hygiene should be accessible to everyone, and I’m excited to make that happen.

My son, who was born with tongue tie and is a chronic thumb sucker, inspired me to explore Myofunctional Therapy to help him and others with Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders (OMDs).

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my son, family, and friends. I love hiking, paddle boarding, and beach outings, and I’m also a big foodie who enjoys cozy movie nights!

I’m thrilled to start this journey as an Independent Registered Dental Hygienist and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist. I look forward to connecting with you and providing TIP-TOP dental hygiene and myofunctional therapy services!
